Lives in family owned property in New York City.
As a child, he and his family lived in two homes, a three bedroom on 1 acre of land in Bayport Long Island, the other was an old Victorian estate and farm in Flanders Long Island.
At age 12, received therapy after actress Sharon Tate was brutally murdered by the Manson family.

Has a huge toy collection which is worth a great deal of money.
In 2006 while filming "The dead life" in Massachusetts, Warhol superstar and Director Ivy Nicholson brought Miestorm to tears while yelling at him for not looking into the camera enough. The night before she yelled at him several times for the same reason and would not let the actors sleep until miestorm gave her the scene she wanted. Miestorm has said that working with Ivy Nicholson was a great achievement in his career, and they still remain good friends.
In 1982, while living in Brazil, Miestorm was photographed for Andy Warhols Brazilian Interview magazine, but it was decided later that he wasn't famous enough even thou they knew he was Lenny 54 from the infamous Studio 54 in New York City, the photos were never published.
Was arrested in 2003 along with 12 women and 1 other male at a party and charged with promoting prostitution as a pimp. After refusing to cooperate with Police and turn over names of alleged clients involved with the Mafia, drug lords, underground porn producers and others involved with the sex business, he was given a first arrest felony conviction which was then dropped to 5 years probation.
Has a dog named Fuzzee Bat and a dog named Feeweebe, both are part Yorkshire terrier and rare chocolate Chilhuahua, are sisters from the same parents and Fuzzee Bat is 1 year older.
Shaved his head in 2003 to star as a thug in a friends Independent film called "Today you live, tomorrow you die", which was never made, at the time, his hair was dyed dark and down to his waist.
Drinks a gallon of spring water and 2 to 3 bottles of Perrier with lime in a twenty four hour period.
Eats assorted berries and fruit everyday.
While working at the infamous Studio 54 in the late 7os, which then led to his porn star career in the early 80s, Miestorm came close to death at least five times from drug over-doses. According to head of security at Studio 54, Chuck Garelick told Miestorm at a recent anniversary shoot for New York magazine for their May, 2007 issue, that he and Sal, another member of the elite security team at Studio, found Miestorm, known as Lenny 54 at the time, laying unconscious on the locker room floor of the basement where many believed vampires slept in coffins, on two different occasions. Unresponsive, they filled his underwear with ice and walked him around the basement until he came to, when told this, Miestorm began laughing hysterically, then thanked Chuck for saving his life and for being the head of the best security team in club history.
